I used I used the words and the song "Be Still" in one dark period of Zoey's life. I had a mantra that I used also that was given to me at a women's retreat. It went like this:
Be still and know that I am God. Be still and know I am. Be still and know. Be still. Be.

I love that, Heather! One of the meditation techniques I learned was to inhale Be Still, exhale Know God. I can look at the picture and feel completely peaceful. Many blessings to you and Zoey this year!
